Effective December 4, 2018, the Minnesota Prescription Monitoring Program (MN PMP) moved controlled substance reporting to the Appriss® PMP Clearinghouse.
Review the Minnesota Data Submission Guide for Dispensers. Note program changes to the pharmacy header and patient information segments, as well as the dispensing record.
