SC PMP – All LTC Pharmacies Must Report Controlled Substances

QPath Blog Logo

South Carolina DHEC now requires all long-term care (LTC) pharmacies to report dispensed controlled substances to the state’s Prescription Monitoring Program (SC PMP). The department wants compliance by the end of the month, and it is in the process of notifying pharmacies. No other changes are made to South Carolina’s reporting requirements.

Please review the Dispenser Guide. For technical assistance, call SC PMP data vendor Appriss at 844.572.4767. For non-technical questions, call Tracie Paschall (SC PMP Program Coordinator) or Christie Frick (SC PMP Director) at 803.896.7540.
